At Lunéa Sahévate, we value quality, elegance, and your satisfaction. Each product is carefully selected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, or included accessories intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases where the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and clear photo/video proof.

Non-Returnable Items
